parking lot filthy , shell gas pumps wont take shell charge card . two people in store one working the other socializing.

3rd time in as many weeks and the network is down, unable to use the rewards cardI'm not happy

Sometimes when I try to get a receipt I have to go inside to get one. They don't fill the paper very often.
