Fair Oaks Ranch is an affluent area, so it's not surprising that this station rakes you over the coals for a 2-liter of soda. Though it is not a stereotype dirty gas station, it would be reasonable for them to bring the "wow" factor to correlate with the high prices of the convenience items they sell.

Really right fuel islands. Right on intersection makes tough to get out of. Don't even think of bringing in a trailer of any real size. Prices reflect proximity to big buck houses. 3 miles further west saves 30-40 cents per gallon.
