Awkward location since you can really only get into it easily from coming east on hwy2 or north on townline. Just as awkward getting out
This is a run down station that has been at this location for many years. The car wash was a draw to this location but now sits used and falling apart.

The window wash stations are never filled, there's garbage all around the gates where the garbage bin is. This station is probably only 5-6 years old and it looks awful. Government subsidizes foreigners to help start a business and they can't even keep the place clean as a thank you for supporting them.
