Wanted to get Karuba gold coffee. Machine was being cleaned and was told it would be about 5 minutes. Did some other shopping. When I came back to get the coffee, they were having a problem getting it up and running again. The one attendant asked the other to get a freebie card for me for the inconvenience. But none could be found. So, unfortunately, I left with nothing. :-(
