Lightning needs to be improved so it's more approachable. The trees from the park make it hidden when going north on Spadina

Pumps were not working. Cashier had the door locked and was counting money. I tried to ask why the pumps were not working and whether it would take long to have them working. He looked at me, Waved me bye and continued counting the money. I went back to the pump and trough the interphone asked for help and he said he reset the pumps that they will be down for 20 minutes. Very rude.
