Dark by air and obvious people living in cars. Didnt feel safe

I rarely have to wait to gas up. In & out no longer than five minutes.

Very well lit in an otherwise dark lot. I appreciate the bright lights for safety reasons. Also, it is right off of I-5 for convenience while traveling, and if you shop at Safeway grocery stores, you may get discounts on gas through their rewards program.
