Shell/Jewel rewards alt Id doesn't work at the pumps unless you have the card...The pumps are too old! The rewards instructions are posted on the pump saying to enter the Alt ID, but it doesn't work. I drive to this Shell specifically to use my rewards $.15 off per gallon that expire Friday, and ended up paying full price and wasting the rewards points. They need to update the pumps or take the signs off with the instructions because they don't work!
SIMPLY THE BEST gas station with SPECTACULAR employees & store manager, who all go above & beyond & make a point of getting to know their customers!!! SUPER CLEAN & FRIENDLY & I'd definitely recommend this gas station to anyone=can't get &/or they don't make them BETTER than this & that's the truth.

Terrible service and sketchy business. Dont waste your time stopping here or calling them on the phone. The attendant told me they arent allowed to answer any questions over the phone; even a simple question about if they had some specific in stock. The gas station is also filthy.
