There is never any paper to print a receipt, you have to go inside and the water for washing the windows is dirty and there is no soap.

Will get long lines, but only because you will get the best prices in Richmond here.

While I always fill up myself, I was never even asked by the staff member who stood next to the island. Not a big deal for me but worth mentioning. What made this a bad experience though was that my hand reeked of gasoline afterwards, and no amount of wet wipes nor hand washing with soap could get rid of it. How they can get so much gasoline on the nozzle handle is beyond me, but it shows that this location isn’t well maintained, at least not from a cleanliness point of view.
