Lazy attendants, car wash is often broken with employees too lazy to put out a sign notifying customers. People line up at the car wash and sit there not realizing it's non-functional, then it's a mess trying to back out of the line.More Laziness, pumps are often out of paper for receipts. As someone who has to expense mileage I need a receipt every time I fill, the last time I complained the attendant said: "come inside and we'll give you a receipt" yah well that's the whole point of paying at the pump?!! If I wanted to come see you I would have paid inside?!!If the car wash doesn't work, put the sign out, if a pump is out of paper, replace it. It's not that hard.
