Speedway in Blaine (10865 University Ave NE)

okay. could use a little TLC...

This speedway is filthy compared to pretty much any Kwik Trip. My most recent visit, I came for a propane refill and the attendant forgot that I was outside and waiting on him to help me. Outside is just as disgusting with trash all over, poorly maintained outside. Speedway is comparable to a Burger King in quality.
