active duty military only. Also known as Halsey Terrace gas station. Bathroom available, but unisex. No diaper changing area. Mini Mart has a variety of items, but must have military ID to purchase as well. Redbox outside. Very nice customer service. Closes around 11 p.m. If you need gas after that, best bet is to head to Pearl Harbor.
