Petro-Canada in Niagara Falls (6876 Thorold Stone Rd)

Sheets of ice fell from the roof above the pumps on the evening of Dec. 28/25 landing on my head. There were puddles of water on the ground outside the door of the retail store so my feet got wet. Petro Canada please address these issues!

Pumps are often broken. There is a lot traffic at this station and the entrances and exits are not designed in a very good way to handle it.

For me a great location but terrible customer service. It seems they don't care if they have your business or not.

convenient because it's close to our home and good prices right now... but access can be difficult during busy hours
