Pure in Alabaster (1251 1st Ave W)

Very convenient location and prices have been more in line as of late with other stations in area. Bathroom was filthy and needed attention , I told the cashier . Lighting subpar at night

Came in 10:00 at night and the pump was pumping about a penny a second. When I went in to question, the attendant said he would come out, he let the door slam in my face as he was going out the door (I guess he forgot about holding a door open for a female) and went to the other vehicle first to help them out. We had to let the pump not pump for 45 seconds so it could reset. I'll go to the Helena Exxon instead where it is much friendlier and usually cheaper. Unfortunately they close at 10 pm and I didn't want to get gas in the morning when the temp was going to be around freezing.

Customer service could be more friendly as well as area should be kept cleaner , trash emptied , loose trash on ground , etc . They do have fairly competitive prices for being just off interstate exit !
