I just purchased gas at the pump

Had a gift card with $25 in it and took it inside to swipe the card because it didn't work at the pump. Vehicle didn't take the hole amount and the girl said it would go back on the card and I tried to use it the other day but guess what the $7 that was supposed to be there wasn't I wonder where the $7 went? You got it didn't go to me.
