mediocre gas station

I just had a very negative experience at that store location. I was attempting to get my car washed but the machine doesn't except $20 bills. I went inside to try to get change but the gas station attendant says nope we cannot do that because we have a "low cash policy." Ok so then went to get a drink and tried to pay with the $20 thinking that would work. The attendant said "oh trying to use the same $20. Can't do it. I said look man I'm just trying to get change for car wash. Then he said oh I can do that then proceeds to take the $20 bill and buy my car wash and give me my change back so I'm not sure what suddenly made that $20 bill acceptable the first time around and off the first two times. I noted a very rude condescending attitude by the attendant Thru out the entire encounter.
