One of the employees came out of the restroom... Said it was out of order, as he was zipping up his pants... I asked if I could could please use it too... He laughed and said what can I say... It's out of order!

I came during the morning and they were super friendly. I was originally going to just use the restroom and then I asked about the car wash and got some coffee. Even the one woman was training another, she took the time to look up at me and say "please give me one moment" which is all it takes for customer service to make someone feel acknowledged and important.
