I am super big on the "people part" of any business dealings. :-). The younger guy working the counter hit every mark with great customer service that is becoming increasingly hard to find anymore. Seriously, his interpersonal skills were, on the one hand, straight out of a "How-To" manual for providing customer service yet, on the other hand, so genuine and natural and spontaneous from him that it proves he is a true asset to the business in enviable ways! Good job!
