Cash price listed on roadside sign, but it does not say cash price on the sign. Actual, non-cash price is always ~10 cents more.

I live across the street from this station. it's only got one grade of gas (regular) plus diesel, but there are at least 5 other gas stations within five blocks, and this one is ALWAYS the cheapest. I've watched my gas mileage after filling up there on many occasions, with two different cars, and it never dips, so it's not diluted with a ton of ethanol or anything like that.
