I live on a budget. And if I have to carry cash just to buy gas, then thats what I do. Saving a $1, for (4) weeks. Is enough to buy a gallon of milk. Happy car, happy kids. Happy local gas station owner.
Their credit card prices are much higher but they don't put it on the signs so to pull you in. I would not put gas here.
