Yesway in Roswell (5500 N Main St)

Congratulations on your new store! Although 10+ years late. The store looks almost functional. Noticed quite a bit of nuisances. It will probably look as poor as the almost brand new Vaughn, NM location does which now is ran down. The most noticeable failure was that the same rude lady from the previous location is still there. Shes very poor in customer service, inconsiderate and my suggestion would be to move her away from customers. Her demeanor alone is enough to make me boycott your brand new location. Fix your employees otherwise the infrastructure investment just tanked your investment. A lot of Roswell folks visit instead of going into town, but not so much if this continues.

need to fill in holes in parking lot and work on pumps restrooms allways close

Busy but room for all vehicles. Also they repair RVs and large rigs as I could see them in 2 tall bays on a Thurs afternoon.
