They need to get rid of the homeless. Be prepared to be hit up for change every time. Or your window smeared. They need to chase out these homeless. They are the homeless that are not nice, very aggressive panhandlers

Came in and a man work my windows! I say that's great service.

There are panhandlers here, but the pumps always work,.and the little lever that holds the pump in the "on" position always works. I like the plants, too
