He is filing charges on me for a check that was cashed from the scrap yard in my name. Said I cashed it with my phone. I have always cashed checks there the same way. I never use the check cashing with your phone crap. Funny how the check that was suossedly cashed did not have a signature. The lady at the scrap yard showed me a copy next time I went there to do buisness.
