Very run down but often has prices that stay low after others have rise. Also they tend to have prices that stay high when others go down. Lighting is not good. Often very dirty. Really needs a full revision. The one on Penn shows a sense of pride and is a lot cleaner, so it isnt a corporate issue.

inside and out the store was filthy cardboard on the floors for mats because it was wet outside. no public bathroom. the store smelled and Valero should be ashamed to have their name on the building.

its not the best place and its not the worst. just needs a good cleaning, and the prices are kind of high.
