Cheaper gas prices and right off highway (I-10). Station needs to be open later at night since it is off the highway. The gas pumps don’t always connect well with the Exxon app and the employees at the counter are not that knowledgeable about the Exxon rewards card or app, but are friendly.
Station is off the I10 exit on Scenic Hwy and has a Dairy Queen inside. What could be better than getting a Blizzard when fillingup!.
Friendly customer service in the station store and Dairy Queen. Plenty of Florida souvenirs for travelers.
Dairy Queen on the premises. Not the easiest place to get in and out of but traffic light there helps with traffic getting on and off interstate.

Great neighborhood gas station!!! A tight squeeze between the pumps if you have a large vehicle, but doable if the other person pulls close to the pump- if not you cant fit. Lol.
