The workers at this location dont have customer skills. Most times, when Ive used my debit at the pumps outside, theres NEVER Paper in the pumps to receive my receipts, and I must go inside. Theres usually several people waiting in a line, and I have had to wait behind them to get a receipt that should have come out of the pump. They dont even apologize for being too lazy to refill the paper rollers. My point of using my debit in the pumps outside is to avoid going inside the store.

Never expect to get a receipt at these pumps or inside the store at, “certain hours.” Some clerks just don’t know how to print out a receipt for gas you just pumped.

Need to try a little harder, not that I have any idea what their business model is.

Scanners & entering alternate ID for Kroger Plus card will never work at pumps.
