Shell in Cordova (360 S Germantown Pkwy)

Its convenient to where I live, but sometimes they tend to run out of fuel on certain grades. Their customer service is okay.

Customer service is definitely lacking, especially with the younger cashiers. Ultimately, its up to Management to properly train them in how to assist and respond to customers, but common courtesy is the responsibility of all. When you frequent a store fairly regularly and the experience characteristically leaves a bad taste in your mouth, its time to pay $.02 more at the pump elsewhere and leave less stressed and still in a good mood. #notworthmysanity

Both sides of the diesel pump are out of order. One side has been out of order for 3+ weeks now.

They usually have the best Shell gas prices, and the convenience store has everything you could imagine. Lots of food choices.

Other than difficulty getting in and out on the busy street, I found it a great dueling experience.

I have filled up here three times in the past few weeks. Once again today there was no paper in the receipt printer at the pump. I need my gasoline receipts, but I refuse to wait in line behind 20 people to get my receipt. I've given you three chances. The last time you said there would be paper in the machines "tomorrow." Well, I don't need my receipt tomorrow. I need it now. How difficult is it to keep paper in your receipt printers? Apparently too difficult for the people who work at this station. I've given you two more chances than I give most stations. I will go elsewhere from now on.
