Costco used to be 10 cents cheaper than "the majors". Thats no longer the case. Instead of waiting 45 minutes at Costco to pump gas, go to Shell late in the day (when prices drop) and use you CAA card to get a 3 cent discount. Recently, I have been buying Shell gas, at same or lower price than Costco, with no long wait.
