Shell in Toronto (1575 Warden Ave )

Horribly long lineups... Usually 30 minute wait.

Ive used this station four times in the last week. I have never received a receipt from the pump, but had to go into the store to get a printed receipt. It sounds as though the printer is jammed, but that doesnt seem to be a concern of the employee. Yes, I recognize that it is not their job to fix issues or even apologize on behalf of the management, but...

need more improvement of staff professionalism.

The gas is always cheap here compared to other ones
