Shell in Cordova (1205 N Germantown Pkwy)

The workers at this location dont have customer skills. Most times, when Ive used my debit at the pumps outside, theres NEVER Paper in the pumps to receive my receipts, and I must go inside. Theres usually several people waiting in a line, and I have had to wait behind them to get a receipt that should have come out of the pump. They dont even apologize for being too lazy to refill the paper rollers. My point of using my debit in the pumps outside is to avoid going inside the store.

There's rarely more than one person working the register. The lines aren't much of a "convenience".

The attendants are polite and helpful.
