The station does not seem as well maintained as most of the stations in the area. The price sign only shows the price of regular gas and the discounted price if you get a car wash, which can be misleading. I rarely see cars getting gas at this station so it appears that many other drivers agree that there are better choices nearby.

Difficult to get into the pump area since the entrance is often blocked by cars leaving the s strip mall. The station offers a premium and super premium grade and GasBuddy price postings sometimes reflect one and sometimes the other.

The price sign is very hard to see from the road. The food doesnt look great great but there are lots of good choices in the shopping center so there is really no reason to eat there

Rated low primarily because the prices are usually higher than other stations in the area (except for the nearby shell in the Collinade which typically matches prices). Several reviewers and lots of social media complain about price gouging during the gas shortage several years ago.
