Rated low primarily because the prices are usually higher than other stations in the area (except for the nearby shell in the Collinade which typically matches prices). Several reviewers and lots of social media complain about price gouging during the gas shortage several years ago.
You want to charge me for your air??? It doesnt cost you hardly a penny to fill my tires with air and then you want to overcharge me for gas on top of that!? Yea Ill never be back. Free air isnt a difficult concept nor is it expensive to provide to your customers. It reflects on the true greed of your business.
Easy access from two different roads. Lots of pumps in front and in back and never crowded.

Difficult to get into the pump area since the entrance is often blocked by cars leaving the s strip mall. The station offers a premium and super premium grade and GasBuddy price postings sometimes reflect one and sometimes the other.

The price sign is very hard to see from the road. The food doesnt look great great but there are lots of good choices in the shopping center so there is really no reason to eat there
