Petro-Canada in Richmond (4011 Francis Rd)

This station is definitely not full service. It’s completely self service. It is void of any attendants helping you out. They just stand there and literally watch you fill up your own tank while they’re conversing with each other or using their phones. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Staff are lazy and/or slow.

At least this Petrocan (1 road and Francis) is much better than Esso on 1 road and Blundell

Someone came to help me as soon as i arrived !

9 times out of 10, I pump my own gas because service is so slow. Asked them to check the oil once, ended showing the gas attended how to do it. One of the worst stations in Richmond. Used to be one of the best.
