Esso in Richmond (7991 No 1 Rd)

Worst service I ever had since been living near by this station in 30years.

Sat waiting for an attendant for about 5 minutes and no one came to pump my gas. 3 other cars pulled in and had to self serve themselves. Its required in Richmond to have someone assist you, so not sure why no one came. I left and got excellent service at a station down the road.

Great people but high prices and inconsistent hours. I wish they would match the gas stations around them as I do prefer this location.

Esso station where only two out of six pumps accept speedpas due to electronic malfunction.

This place is run by kids that have no customer service and a very rude manager during the day.
